• To check the proper operation of all parts and set the same if possible.

• To clean all the parts with Blower.
• To check LP / HP cut out switches.
• To clean the electrical panel of the machines.
• To check the leakages of refrigerant from the machine.
• To check the condenser, evaporator tube of machine.
• Checking of sensors, control valves, control's equipment.
• To check machine vibration analysis test if required.
• To check water analysis test.
• To check compressor sound level by meters once in year if required.
• To tighten the electrical components related to the machine.
• To check the cooling.
• To check Fan Motor.
• To check Machine position and Air Ventilation.
• To clean the electrical contractor contact points.
• To check health condition of communication bus wire or connectors.
• To do the oiling of all parts and check for corrosion and suggest if any changes required.
